Tinky Tank is based off of The Tank from Left 4 Dead. In 1:30 of Custard you can hear Faint heartbeats. Tinky Winky's infected mask comes from a halloween mask. Tinky Winky (During Fins and Slasher) has the 2nd most notes of any Fnf Modded character with 8 notes only behind Shaggy (During GOD EATER) by 1 note (Shaggy during GOD EATER has 9 notes, while Tinky Winky during Fins and Slasher has 8 notes). You also have eight notes instead of the usual four. Jumpscares are also randomized, and the obstruction happens half way through the song. In Slasher, Tinky Tank will shake the notes whenever he sings. In Tissue and Slasher, Tinky Winky and Tinky Tank will drain your health whenever he sings. This overlay effect can be removed if you hit one of the dark purple notes again, but while this overlay is not removed, Ghost Tapping is disabled. Furthermore, there are now Dark Purple notes that when hit, the screen will randomly be obstructed by some black substance. If you hit a static note, a jumpscare is what will greet you. 
Throughout Custard and Foolhardy, Static Notes will appear in some of the note lanes. Gameplay Mechanics - Static Notes, Note Manipulation, Screen Obstruction, Health-Bar Manipulation Tinky Winky is a purple Teletubby, with pale white skin on his face.
